Email signature
Even in the age of modern communication tools such as Slack, etc., we still do most of our communication via email. In this case, we need to be consistent and keep it simple.
As Mr. Exupéry said, "Perfection is finally achieved not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing less." Therefore, our email signature contains only the necessary information and that is all.

How to add a signature to Outlook:
- Select the signature and copy the entire signature (Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C).
- Open Outlook and create a new message (Ctrl+N).
- Toolbar - Signatures - Select Signatures
- New - Enter a name (HOPI XY)
- Insert signature template (Ctrl+V) - Edit contact information - Press save button.

When it comes to business cards, you should always use those with the appropriate HOPI logistics OR country logo. The PDF below contains all templates.
Printing at a local print shop is best for production. Just send them the desired template, contact details and material specifications.

Letterhead paper
The letterhead should be consistent in both print and digital formats. Using templates, letterhead can be printed locally on laser or inkjet printers. All letterhead templates are available in Microsoft Word format (*.docx).

International standard paper size:
This standard paper size is commonly used around the world. A4 size is printable in most home printers and has become their standard size for copy paper sheets. The A4 size is 210 × 297 mm.
Envelopes
We use three standard envelope sizes: DL, C5 and C4. You should always have them made by your local printer. Below you will find all three sizes and each PDF file contains all addresses. When sending to the printer, just point to the one you want to print.
Working with presentations
There must be a higher priority element in the layout. Always.
If you can split the image into two. Do it.
The default text style is black and regular.
There is only one flow. Left to right, top to bottom.
