Even in the age of modern communication tools such as Slack, etc., we still do most of our communication via email. In this case, we need to be consistent and keep it simple. As Mr. Exupéry said, "Perfection is finally achieved not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing less." Therefore, our email signature contains only the necessary information and that is all.
How to add a signature to Outlook:
Select the signature and copy the entire signature (Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C).
Open Outlook and create a new message (Ctrl+N).
Toolbar – Signatures – Select Signatures
New – Enter a name (HOPI XY)
Insert signature template (Ctrl+V) – Edit contact information – Press save button.
