We have just one style of the main title. And it is short. Left bold green title at appropriate length.
E-mail signature
Even at those times of modern communication tools such as Slack, etc., we still do most of our talking via emails. In this case, we must be consistent and we must keep it simple. As Mr. Exupéry said: „Perfection is finally attained not when there is no longer anything to add, but when there is no longer anything to take away.“ Thats why our email signature contains only the needed informations and that’s it.

How to add signature to the Outlook:
- Select a signature and copy it all (Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C)
- Open Outlook and create a new message (Ctrl+N)
- Toolbar – Signatures – Select signatures
- New – Enter the name (HOPI XY)
- Paste signature template (Ctrl+V) – edit contact details – hit save button
Business cards
When it comes to business cards, you should always use the one with respective HOPI logistics OR country logo. The PDF bellow contains all templates.
The best way for production is printing it in your local print shop. Just send them the desired template, contact details and material specification.

Letterhead
The letterhead should strive for consistency in both printed and digital form. By using the templates, the letterhead can be printed locally using either laser or inkjet printers. All letterhead templates are available in Microsoft Word (*.docx) format.

International standard paper size:
A4 paper size sheets are part of the ISO 216 system and this standard paper size is widely used all over the world. The A4 format is printable in most home printers and has become their standard copy paper sheet size. The A4 dimensions are 210 × 297 mm.
Envelopes
We use three standard sizes for envelopes: DL, C5 and C4. You should always produce it in your local print shop. Down below you can find all three sizes and each PDF contains all addresses. When sending to the print shop, just point at the one you want to print.

Working with presentations
There has to be an element with higher priority in the layout. Always.
If you can split slide into two. Do it.
The default text style is black and regular.
There is just one flow. From left to right, top to bottom.
